About
The All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) for admissions into classes VI & IX for the academic session 2019-20 was conducted on January 06, 2019. The primary aim of the School is to prepare boys academically, physically and psychologically for entry into the National Defence Academy (NDA).

Sainik School Goalpara Admission are done on the basis of All India Sainik Schools Entrance (AISSEE) Examination. The test is scheduled in the first week of January next year, i.e. 2019. Once the results are out, near around in the second week of February 2019.
Selection Procedure
The applicants have to clear the entrance exam first which is then followed by the medical examination and then personal interview.

- SC – 15%
- ST – 7.5%
- Defense – 25%
State Wise Reservation
- Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim – 67%
- Other States – 33%
Scholarships
- Rs 30,000/- for Assam Cadets irrespective of parental income.
Eligibility Criteria
For Class VI: 1Boys born between 01 Apr 2007 to 31 Mar 2009 (both days inclusive).
For Class IX: Boys born between 01 Apr 2004 to 31 Mar 2006 (both days inclusive).
