NTSE Stage 2 Result / Merit List 2021-2022
The NTSE Stage 2 examination was conducted for those candidates who had successfully cleared stage 1 that was held on October 24,. For checking their results, candidates simply have to login into their respective portals by entering the authentication details. The result declared as of now will be the “Provisional” result. After resolving all the queries mentioned by students, NTSE releases the final result.

ncert.nic.in NTSE Stage II Result Date & Merit list
NCERT at its official website has released an official notification as per which it has been announced that NTSE Stage II Final result along with the merit list on February 18, 2022. Students can check the final result in the evening at around 5:00 PM. The National talent search exam result will release in pdf format. Candidates who are not satisfied with their result can send a complaint on the official link within three days.
How to Check NTSE Stage 2 Result ?
Candidates can check their NTSE Stage 2 Results 2021-2022 via online means by visiting the official website. Below mentioned are the detailed steps to do so.

2nd Step: On the homepage itself, candidates can find the link for “Final Result NTSE-2021” under the “NTSE” section. Click on it.
3rd Step: An authentication page will open where candidates will be asked to enter the following details –

4th Step: After entering these details, click on the “Submit” button.
5th Step: On submitting the login details, your result is then displayed on the screen. The result will be displayed on the candidate’s screen.

Along with releasing the final results, NTSE will also provide candidates with a cutoff list based on which candidates can see whether they have been selected or not. The qualifying marks as required by the students to pass the each stage of entrance exam is as follows –

What after NTSE Results 2021-22?
Candidates who successfully clear the stage 2 examination will be eligible for a scholarship under NCERT. These candidates have to perform the tasks mentioned below. Candidates who failed to clear the examination have to drop this idea as it is the only attempt.
- Candidates who are eligible for scholarship must open a bank account which must be joint along with their parents and send all the bank details to NCERT.
- Candidates belonging to the OBC category belonging to the Non-Cream Layer must submit their caste category certificate.
- Candidates under the SC/ST/PH category and marked as “*” or “#” must submit their caste certificate.
- These details and documents have to be submitted via post to the “Section Officer (NTS-I)”.
- Candidates can check the format of submission from the official NTSE website.
NTSE Scholarship Details
Below mentioned is detailed information regarding the scholarships offered by the NCERT.
- For Class XI to Class XII, a scholarship of Rs.1250/- per month is provided.
- For Undergraduates and Postgraduates, a scholarship of Rs.2000/- per month is provided.
- For Ph.D., the scholarship amount is fixed in accordance with the UGC norms.
