The Board of Secondary Education, Manipur came into existence in the year 1972 under the Act of Manipur Legislative Assembly. By the amendment of the Act in 2014, the Manipur Board started also providing the prescription of conditions for granting recognition of standards I and VIII. The Manipur Board is also known as BSEM. BSEM is an autonomous body that manages all the activities related to education in the state. The board is responsible to provide each and every piece of information to the affiliated schools.

The Manipur Board provides the syllabus and curriculum to the affiliated schools. It also conducts the exams for the students who pursue the High School Leaving Certificate and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate.

Manipur Board TimeTable

The Manipur Board releases the timetable for HSLC and HSSLC in the month of January. MBSE conducts the board exams in the month of February and March for both classes. The practical exams use to be held in the month of January. The students obtain the date sheet online on the official website i.e. on bsem.nic.in.

The timetable of the Manipur Board contains the name of the board, the name of the exam, exam type, class name, the date of the exams, exam days, the timings for the exams, and some other useful information.

Manipur Board Admit Card

The admit card posses the most important information related to the board exams and also regarding the student. This is mandatory that the student must have the admit card while appearing for the exams. On the admit card, the students get the details such as the name of the candidates, date of birth, roll number, enrollment number of the students, registration number, the board’s details, the name of the subjects, subject code, exams date, the days of the exams, timings for the exams, reporting time for the students, other important instructions.

Manipur board results will be available for both classes i.e. HSLC and HSSLC on the official website – bsem.nic.in. In order to check the results, the candidates need to visit the official website and then the students should enter the details such as the roll number of the students. . It should be the same as available on the admit card.

The online result should not be treated as original mark sheets as it is just for the purpose of information. The original mark sheet will be issued separately to each candidate after the release of the result.

Council will issue the mark sheets to every and candidates have to collect their original marks and other related certificates from their schools where they have been enrolled. They should stay in touch with the official website and concerned department of the school to get regular updates related to the issue of the original statement of marks.
