Re-Checking, Re-Evaluation and Rectification of Result

If a candidate wants to Re-check, Re-evaluate and Rectify their result they have to follow these particular criteria:  

For Re-Checking- The candidate has to submit his application for Rechecking through a gazette with the fee within 15 days of declaration of result. And thereafter, no application would be accepted. And will be returning to the candidate. If in the gazette the result of the candidate is shown R.L.E/RL.D or R.L.F he shall settle this case with the board promptly. The fee for the application should be complete less fee will result in rejection of an application. In no circumstances, the Re-checking will be in front of the candidate.

For Re-Evaluation- Re-evaluation is permissible only for the student of matric and +2 examination theory. Needed that candidate must have secured 20% marks or more in theory paper which they want re-evaluation. The candidate has to submit a prescribed application form or online application for re-evaluation to the controller of examination. The candidate who wants a revaluation must submit the application. Within 30 days of declaration of result with fee. Also, a candidate whose result has been detained can also option for revaluation. Within 30 days of his declaration of result with a fee. 

For Rectification- The Board chairman will have the power of rectifying the result of candidates within 6 months after it has been declared.

1. He is disqualified for using unfair means in the examination center
2. A mistake has been found in his result.
3. He is found ineligible to appear at the examination 
4. He
   is a person where the action against under 4.11.2 could have been
   taken, had the facts come to the notice of the Board, earlier.

Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education(HPBSE) came into existence in the year 1969. Its headquarter was established in Shimla later it shifted to the Dharmashala in the year 1983. The education board prescribes syllabus, instruction of courses and textbooks for education in Himachal Pradesh besides conducting examinations in the state. The board conducts examinations for 10th and 10+2. The board has set up eighteen thousand forty-six examination centres throughout the state. It also conducts the examination for J.B.T and TTC as well.
