Eligibility Criteria

  • Stationery/School Uniform Receipt: This is to verify the student's current academic year expenses.

    • Aadhaar card
    • Voter ID
  2. Current Year Admission Proof:
    • Fee receipt
    • Admission letter
    • Institution identity card
    • Bonafide certificate
  3. Signed and Stamped Original Marksheet of Previous Class
  4. Proof of Parent’s Profession:
    • Commercial Driving License of the parent (for drivers)
    • Shramik Card
    • Confirmation from the employer or self-declaration letter duly attested by the authority
  5. Family Income Proof:
    • Income proof issued by Gram Panchayat/Ward Counselor/Sarpanch
    • Income proof issued by SDM/DM/CO/Tehsildar
    • Last three months’ salary slips or Income Tax Return (ITR)
    • Bank account details of the applicant
  6. Photograph: Must be current (not older than 6 months)

Renewal of Scholarship

The scholarship is renewable for existing scholars, subject to the availability of funds. Valvoline Cummins Pvt Ltd will decide whether to renew the scholarship for the next year.

  3. Access the Form: Once logged in, you will be redirected to the “Muskaan Scholarship Program 2.0 (2026–27)” official application page. Click on ‘Start Application’ to begin.

  4. Fill in Details: Carefully enter your academic, personal, and family background details in the required fields.

  5. Upload Documents: Attach clear, scanned copies of all required documents (income proof, student ID, mark sheets, etc.).

  6. Review and Submit: Accept the ‘Terms and Conditions’, click ‘Preview’ to double-check your information, and click ‘Submit’ to finalize your application.

Important Note: Applying for the Muskaan Scholarship Program is 100% free. No fees are charged at any stage of the application or selection process.

  • Discontinuation: If Valvoline Cummins Pvt Ltd discontinues the Muskaan Scholarship Program at any time, students may not receive any further support.
