All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur is a medical college and medical research public university based in Jodhpur, India. Like five other All India Institutes of Medical Sciences, it was established in 2012 and operates autonomously under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur AIIMS Jodhpur is an autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana. Approved by MCI, AIIMS Jodhpur is known to be one of the best medical institutions in the country. The well-maintained campus atmosphere provides a positive attitude towards study and medical service.

Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programs are offered at the AIIMS Jodhpur campus. AIIMS admissions are based on an entrance test conducted by AIIMS and are also limited to the number of seats available. The admission process is carried out with equal opportunity providing students with high-quality training.

AIIMS Jodhpur and IIT Jodhpur have tied up to start a joint program in Medical Technologies which will offer masters, dual degrees masters and PhD in the field of health-care services.

AIIMS Jodhpur is one of the SIX NEW AIIMS established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna PMSSY with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education. PMSSY planned to set up 6 new AIIMS like institutions in under served areas of the country.

These institutions are being established by an Act of Parliament on the lines of the original All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi which imparts both undergraduate and postgraduate medical education in all its branches and related fields, along with nursing and paramedical training to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all branches of health care activity.
