An M.B.A. (with distinction) by qualification, she has also done Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and Labour Welfare & Personnel Management. RIMS which was started in the year 2003 by Mrs. Rakhi Kharbanda has now transformed into a full fledged institution specializing in Commerce education.
