This college is managed by Shree Durgiana Education Foundation, Amritsar since 1972. Initially, it was running the course( with syllabus )prescribed by Bharat Varsheeya Ayurved Vidyapeeth, Delhi. Thereafter, it got affiliated to Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar in 1976 for B.A.M.S. course as prescribed by Central Council Of Indian Medicine, New Delhi., It is one of the oldest and esteemed institute in Ayurveda which has delivered many renowned ayurvedic physicians, surgeons,gynae and experts of various specialties. Our institute has bagged many P.G. seats not only in Punjab but also throughout India. Our institute takes keen interest in participating in seminars,workshops,co-curricular activities, sports not only in the state but at the national level also.
