Satyam Polytechnic and Pharmacy college is the youngest in the chain of educational institutions setup by S.B.S. GROUP was established in the year 2008 with an annual intake of 90 seats each in Diploma in Mechanical Engg, Computer science Engg, Electronics Engg and 60 seats each in IT and Pharmacy, a total of 390 seats.

Keeping in view the acute shortage of qualified Civil Engineers, Diploma in Civil Engg was added in the year 2009-10 as also intake in Mechanical, Computer and ECE was increased from 90 to 120 seats with a total intake of 540 seats. For the year 2012-13 the intake in Civil Engg. has been increased from 60 to 120 and diploma in Electrical Engg. with an annual intake of 60 seats has been introduced.
