Welcome to Sanatan Harichandan Degree Mahavidyalaya.college is Affliated to Utkal Unversity. situated in a green natural environment at Madanpur near GITA Engineering College within 1.5 kms. From Gohra Bus stop on N.H-5 in between Bhubaneswar and Khurda and 10 kms. From Baramunda Bus Standit is well connected by line buses upto Gohira chhak from Bhubaneswar to Khurda Town bus service is avilable from Kalpana Square, Via Baramunda and the college gate. The overall management of the college is vested with the State Government. However, at the institutional level, the Principal is responsible for day-to-day administration and is assisted by a Vice-Principal. Besides, the three major aspects of the organization, namely the Academic, the Accounts and the Administrative affairs are supervised by three Senior Faculty members acting as Bursars. The admission of students to the college is monitored by a Committee headed by the Principal, while matters relating to examinations are looked after by the Controller of Examinations.

The college was established in 1995 with the objective of providing quality and value based education to the students of the nearby locality and out station it has a team of highly qualified, dedicated and involved teachers. Besides the college invites reputed subject teachers as Guest Faculty. The college has introduced Computer Education and taken steps for providing training in self employment programmers. Besides steps have already been to make available coaching facilities by reputed and experienced Regular/Guest Lecturers. For out station students accommodation is arranged in recognized hostels .
