    A modern library has a great responsibility in creating, widening and utilising information. To provide current information, the Air Conditioned library has a collection of Text Books, Reference Materials, Corporate Annual Reports, Newspapers, Indian and International Journals / Magazines, Projects and Research Reports and Dissertation of students. The library facility is open to all Students and Faculty members and continuously updated with the latest books and journals under the supervision and advice of the Librarian and Library Committee.
    Cricket, Football, Table Tennis,Volleyball, Badminton, Gym. and Athletics for promoting Physical fitness, Adventurism and Competitive spirit are available inside the campus.
    Good transportation facilities for its students, staff members and visiting guests.
    Both Boys and Girls hostels are inside the campus. Hostel life encourages & supports personal & inter - personal development. Every hostel is headed by Hostel Superintendent. Every hostel is provided with Cable TV, Newspapers, Magazines, Gym, Indoor and outdoor games, Aquaguard, First Aid Box etc. Hosteliers celebrate Ganesh Puja, Deewali, New Year, Saraswati Puja, Holi etc with much fun & fare. Hostels are regularly visited by Dean & Director.
    Proper healthcare arrangements are done by college. Proper Medical Facilities are available

    Computers are available to facilitate research activities, course work and administrative work. RJSMS provides the latest hardware and software infrastructure to cater the computing and training needs of all the students. AC computer lab is equipped with powerful servers and multiple terminals. It has also the Broadband Internet connections and worldwide e mail facilities made available to the Faculties, Students, Administrations and the Participants of the Management Development Programs.
    We are having a well-equipped SEMINAR HALL to develop and encourage students to build up their Personality by participating in several co- curricular activities like Debate, Quiz, Essay Writing, Music, Seminar Presentation, Weekly Meeting of Rotaract Club of RJSMS ( Part of Rotary International) and other activities
    The Institute provides adequate number of classrooms which are well equipped with modern design standards and latest teaching methodology with the help of LCD, OHP and audio visual equipment are also available to impart the best theoretical practices.
    RJSMS, with its continuous efforts to spread Management Education, has started 2yr. Executive MBA programme for senior executives of Birla Tyres, Balasore Alloys Ltd., Future Life etc inside their industry premises. Around 153 executives have already completed their MBA from RJSMS.
