Eligibility Criteria

Securing admission to IIM Mumbai begins with meeting the institute’s eligibility criteria. Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering (PGDIE)

To be eligible, the candidate has to have a full-time Engineering/Technology degree in relevant branch from a recognized university with aggregate 60% (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Students in the final year of graduation can also apply subject to the following conditions: Candidates should take the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by the IITs in order to apply for the programmes.

Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM)

To be eligible, the candidate has to have a full-time Engineering/Technology degree in any branch from a recognized university with aggregate 60% marks (relaxed by 5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) and a valid CAT score. Applicants should take the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) in order to apply for the program.

PGDSM

To be eligible, the candidate has to have a full-time Engineering/Technology degree in any branch from a recognized university with aggregate 60% marks (relaxed by 5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) and a valid CAT score. Applicants should take the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the IIMs in order to apply for the programs.

PGDEx–VLFM (Visionary Leaders For Manufacturing)

Candidates must hold a recognized first-class full-time bachelor’s degree in technological (B.E. or B.Tech.) discipline. Candidates must have at least 4 years (and less than 10 years)) full-time industrial experience across domains such as manufacturing, operations, consulting, as on the last date of submission of application as prescribed in the advertisement.

PGDEx–VLFM (Visionary Leaders For Manufacturing)

Candidates must hold a recognized first-class full-time bachelor’s degree in technological (B.E. or B.Tech.) discipline.
