Aligarh, January 22: Dr Parvez Mahmood Khan, Director, Prof M N Faruqui Computer Centre, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) explained the benefits of dynamic learning and how e-learning programs are revolutionizing education industry practices with new methods.
He was speaking as resource person of the two-day workshop on ‘Implementation of Moodle (Modulated Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment)’for the Department Coordinators of the Faculty of Arts.
In the special workshop of the Computer Centre, Dr Parvez emphasised that Moodle programs help course instructors to create personalised learning experiences for students—which sets the student up for success.
He spoke on the necessity of Moodle implementation for the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) purposes.
Dr Parvez also discussed the Learning Management System Software (LMS) as a robust teaching-learning platform that helps institutions manage academics in a systematic manner by maintaining detailed records of classroom activities and teacher-student collaboration.
Prof Raashid Nehal (Faculty Co-ordinator, Faculty of Arts) said that the postgraduate courses will soon figure for LMS Moodle implementation.
Mr Sudhir Bansal (Moodle Coordinator, Computer Centre) provided the participants with hands-on-training.
