The University has been providing Information Communication Technology
(ICT) enabled services to its learners and Learner Support Centres (LSCs)/ Study
Centres since 2015. But during the pandemic, the home quarantine to combat the
spread of COVID-19 has shown us the importance and potentials of digital
platform to continue our day-to-day activities (tele-medicine/ shopping/
entertainment/food order/ education etc.). The university is also trying to use the
online platform at fullest possible way to reach its learners in order to continue
the academic and other related activities.

To strengthen the Student Support Services, Centre for Internal Quality
Assurance (CIQA) is going to organize an online “Orientation on ICT Services
for LSCs and Learners of NSOU on 19/6/2021 at 2pm on digital platform.
