And “The theme this year is ‘Yoga For Wellness’, which focuses on practicing Yoga for physical and mental wellbeing.” Oriental University urged people to make the ancient practice part of their daily routine and to encourage such culture in University, all staff members along with the students participated in a yoga session which was organized through a virtual platform from 07 AM to 08 AM on 21st-Jun-2021.
