Master of Commerce in Textiles (M.Com.Textiles), is a two years postgraduate textiles management and administration degree course in India. The course is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and skills about textiles products, business management and leadership quality with knowledge and expertise in Fashion and Textiles Design, technology, supply chain and business management.
The master's study develops the entrepreneurship quality so that one can start their own business and able to lead the organization efficiently and effectively. Textile study emphasis on the textile value chain, from the conceptual stage and the design process to the consumer, including the process of production development, innovation, logistics and demand management.
The course is suitable for those candidates wants to increase their knowledge for accelerating their career by exploring and acquire a critical understanding of Textiles.The course is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and information about the modern techniques of textile management, The study is focused on theoretical and practical aspects and Principles Techniques in an academic discipline such as Advanced Case Studies in Fashion and Textile, Textile Material and new Technologies, Global Business Issues in Fashion and Textiles, Leadership and Management, Textile Product Development and Administration, Accounting, E-Commerce Development, Marketing Management.
The candidate has to complete Bachelor's Degree like Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or any other Bachelor’s Degree with relevant subjects, or equivalent examination, with minimum aggregate 55% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master's Financial Studies professional study program.
The master’s study requires 2 years of the time period with an internship in India, It's a Full Time professional degree course. The course is not available for part-time and under distance education mode as it's a practical based study.
