The college is founded by Shri. Balasaheb Mhatre , President of Dnyan Prasarak Shikshan Sanstha in the year 2009. The College is Approved by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education and All India Council of Technical Education and is recognized by the Goverment of Maharashtra.

Today the Institution can proudly claim Credit for 4 Degree Colleges, I Diploma Colleges, 8 Jr. Colleges, 15 Secondary School, 14 Primary Schools, 14 Pre-Primary Schools, 2 Study Centers of National Institution of Open Schooling, & 9 Computer Education Centers in Mumbai, Thane & Raigad Districts with a strength of more than 27,000 Students and about 700 Teaching and nonteaching staff the institution has gained trust of the society in the name of Education field since late 30 successful years.
