Teaching and Learning got a far deeper meaning when the Sinhgad Technical Education Society (STES) was set up in Aug.1993. Prof. M.N.Navale, a great visionary and dynamic leader, laid the foundation of a society that went on to win the respect and admiration of students, parents, industrialists as well as other institutes that too in a matter of just twelve years.The Society is rightly imparting high standard of education at different institutes in the field of Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Architecture, Computer Application, Education, Arts, Science, Commerce and has acquired fame in a very short span.From the academic year 2005-06, Sinhgad Academy of Engineering was started. It conducts four-year degree courses in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics & Telecommunication. Here we are proud to mention that as per STES tradition the college results have been excellent. STES has immediate plans to strengthen and consolidate the existing facilities and invest more and more in Information Technology related areas. So, its students will always have an edge over the others when they step into the professional world.Today, S.T.E.S. has about 70 Institutes run efficiently by the management with vision & and are committed to the society for the Quality Education. The Society holds highest land & constructed Building area amongst the private colleges, which are running for more than the double age of S.T.E.S.

S.T.E.S. also guarantees almost 100% placement through centralized Placement Cell in operation by Experienced Placement Personel with its office located in Pune & Mumbai. In today’s times, students handle every challenge of life independently. They set their aims sky-high and with full dedication they achieve it. All this is made possible, because of high quality education which gives a boost to their self confidence.
The success of any educational institute depends largely on the extent to which a student is multidimensionally developed in terms of communication skills, Quality education, health, well being & also in cultural & other activities. As a step towards developing a student, STES formed ‘Sinhgad Academy of Engineering’ at Kondhwa Campus, Kondhwa- Saswad road in 2005-06.
