Modern College of Engineering - Library was established in 1999 with the inception of the college.

Library is situated on the second floor of the college building and total area of the library is 1017 sq. meters. Including Reading hall with seating capacity of 250 students. The library offers a broad range of services primarily to faculty members and students. It comprises of home lending facility, periodical browsing and newspaper clippings etc. Automated circulation, reading hall facility, internet facility are made available to students as well as faculty members.

Library has institutional membership of British Library, Jayakar Library, Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) and Developing Library Network (DELNET). This facility helps students and faculty to make use of the books. Library offers open access facility for P.G. & Final Year B.E. students.

The college library is well equipped with text and reference Books, e-books. The internet facility and reading hall facility is available in library. We use computerized library automation system. It is one of the important resource centers of the college useful for the Students as well as the faculty members. The library has a vast collection magazines, technical reports and periodicals. A large number of National and International Print/Online Journals are subscribed covering all disciplines, which are available for reference. The calm and quiet atmosphere in the library is a motivating factor for the students to sit and study for hours.
