Located in The college was established in 1984 with a motto to provide specific education at different level to better educate women for their participation in education and National Development. College has been reaccredited NAAC “A” Grade with CGPA 3.11 and ISO-9001:2015 certified. College has Science, Computer, Arts, & Commerce faculties having more than 2300 students. College is situated in the heart of city to ensure the safely to the students. We have women’s hostel in the campus. Various facilities are available in the campus concentrating on the cleanliness, Hygiene and health. Water purifiers, garbage bin, dust bin are installed in the campus and we proud that our students are aware for these facilities. Rest room/common room is available for students., College has good magazines library having around 50,000 books, Research Journals, encyclopedia and reports. The separate zones are available in Library for teachers and students. The library is computerized to find information about books in minutes., College has some specific programmes for students as “Learn and Earn Scheme”, in which we provide part time work to needy students in college after their learning time., Modern classroom equipped with modern teaching facilities as computer, LCD and overhead projector is available for teaching learning programme. One assembly hall having capacity of 250 chairs, with modern Audio Video System is in day to day use for various programmes in college., The all departments are with energetic and academic faculty members. Numerous are involve in Research, writing, editing and academic, development in general. Our teachers have presented their research work in more than 10 countries for contributory and Invited Speaker., Teachers are also presented their work in National Conferences/Seminars and Editor of “International Journal of Pharmacology and Biological Sciences” which has 10 scholars from abroad on Editorial Board. Teachers added their contributions in writing and editing of books with national and international contributors. Many teachers of college have completed their research projects and six are still in operation of researches., Our most departments have computers with Broad Band internet Connectivity and Intercom Phones. The computers are also available to students to access the internet. Simultaneously, we have one UGC Resource Centre having computers with internet facility for teachers and students., College publishes one magazine “Shardiya” to give the opportunity to students for writing articles and to develop their skill. Our magazine received awards from North Maharashtra University. Many students were appreciated and got prizes for their articles., College is running some professional courses to provide opportunities to students to get the jobs. i.e. Web Design, Animation and Beauty Therapy & Hair Dressing. We have placement cell in the college. Our student’s counseling cell guide the students for their academic pursuits. College has some competitive, training programmes for MPSC, UPSC etc., Not only in the academics, our students participate in games at college level, university level & national level games. College was Awarded “Best College in Sports” by North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon for last five years. The NSS unit of college is working excellently to aware the students and society. They organize various programmes through the year like Blood Donation Camp, Awareness towards AIDS / HIV, environmental pollution and conservation, Health and Hygiene, Nutrition and even for female foeticides..
