Dnyandeep Shikshan Prasarak Mandal was established in 1988-89. The college begins from 1991-92, with the discipline of Arts, Commerce and Science, in the area of Tukum-Durgapur. The college is recognized by Govt. of Maharashtra and affiliated to Gondawana University, Gadchiroli. The College is NAAC accredited.

With undergraduate courses college has started P.G. courses in Mathematics and Computer science from the session 1996-97. We are the first to introduced above P.G. courses for the students of backward and tribal area of Chandrapur and Gadchiroli district.

In view of educational need of local areas, the college has commenced Junior College in Arts, Commerce and Science stream from the session 1999-2000, MCM, PGDCCA and B. Com(computer application) in 2000-01.

The courses like M. A. in Sociology, Political Science, History and Marathi were added from the session 2001-02, whereas B. Sc. (IT), M. Sc. (Env Sci), M. Com, DBM and M. A. (Home Economics) were introduced in the session 2005-06.

Presently Dnyandeep Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Arts, Commerce and Science College is well known for its academic excellence. Huge educational campus, decorated greenery, well equipped laboratories, dedicated and experienced faculties are the main features.

The college is progressing by lips and bounds under the able guidance of Dr. N. H. Khatri (Former Dean, Faculty of Commerce, Nagpur University, Nagpur), Chairman and executives of DSPM. The Management is highly supportive for the overall development of the students and faculty.

Our faculties are committed and dedicated for the development of Institution by imparting their knowledge and play the role of facilitator as well as role model to our students. Non-teaching staff are highly cooperative with total commitment towards achievement of our mission and goals.
