GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE,DABRA was established in the year 1995.It began offering diploma courses from the year 1996. Its first batch passed out in 1999.From its opening it has been offering diploma course in ELECTRICAL ENGG.. From the Year 2009 another branch was allotted to the college in the form of COMPUTER SCIENCE. Now there are two branches and each having 60 students intake in the first year and there are six additional seats for lateral entry scheme in Comp. Science Deptt. Since its inception in1995 the college has produced many a brilliant students ,some of them occupied state level positions.
