The Department of Health Sciences and Fitness is in existence to support the health needs of the students and staff. The Department aims to disseminate the knowledge and proficiency in health care, fitness, and multidisciplinary approach for the total health and fitness through different courses.
The objective is to re-orient the physical education professionals and other graduates in the field of multidimensional health and fitness approaches so as to generate vocational opportunities and placements for them in the health seeking society for quality living and fitness.
