When deciding which option to choose, it’s helpful to think of the four A’s-Avoid Alter, Adapt or Accept. Since everyone has a unique response to stress, there is no “one size that fits all”, solution to manage it. No single method works for everyone or in very
situation, so one may experiment with different techniques and strategies. We must focus or what make us feel calm and in control. Being unsuccessful is a major reason for stress, but one must try to find out the reason for being successful.
