Al Shifa School of Nursing, Perintalmanna was started way back in 1994. The school offers General Nursing and Midwifery Course of 3 ½ years duration approved by Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
Initially the number of seats were 20, has now increased to 50. The school is situated in Lemon Valley in an ideal location which is in close proximity to the Perintalmanna town and to Al Shifa Hospital, the parent hospital. A wide spectrum of exposure to the students in all relevant areas of Nursing is assured. The course is highly job oriented and 100 percent placement is recorded in the recent past.In addition to the class room coaching, the students are provided with ample opportunities to handle cases independently and in close supervision during the time of internship in the Al Shifa Hospital.
