      About Sree Narayana Guru Memorial SNGM BEd College, Alappuzha

      The college offers Secondary Teacher Education ( B.Ed Degree) course and post graduate course ( M.Ed) in 6 optional subjects (English, Natural Science, Mathematics, Physical Science, Commerce and Social Science ). College is affiliated to the University of Kerala with 100 seats for B.Ed and 25 seats for M.Ed. The B.Ed course is of one year duration consisting of three core papers and two optional papers. In addition to this, the student teachers (B.Ed) have to undergo practice teaching.
