The Ideal fine Art Society was inaugurated on 2nd October 1965 by the Hon’ble Minister for Education Sri. S.R. Kanthi. It was conceived and started by Mr. Jagadevappa Khanderao who had profound devotion The opening of such an Art school (Diploma in Drawing & Painting) heralded the dawn of a new awareness and interest in Art and Art education.
