The year 1982, which was the silver Jubilee year of Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society, Dr. B.G. Jawali then the president of the Society was instrumental in establishing the institution to fulfill the long awaited need of training the youth of this backward area in professional Management Courses.On this occasion of Golden Jubilee celebration we will be failing in our duty if we don't remember Late Shri V.H. Desai, Director of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Kendra Hyderabad who contributed his might to H.K.E. Society in getting affiliation and establishment of our college who has visited number of times to Gulbarga in this connection.

The institution is affiliated to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and management, Mumbai. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan is now a world renowned institution and recipient of Mahatma Gandhi Peace Foundation award for the year 2002 whose founder Kulapati K.M. Munashi had the vision of amalgamating Indian cultural values and heritage with the changing educational curriculum. Half a century back Kulapati had foreseen the utility of distant and informal education for the youth of the country and thus laid the foundation of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan.

The Courses run by our Institute are recognized by State and Central Govt. and also by Gulbarga and Mysore University.
