Situated in the main campus, close to the Medical College and the Hospital, the St Johns College of Nursing Bengaluru started as a School of Nursing on July 1, 1980. It was raised to the status of a College of Nursing on September 25, 1989. The St Johns College of Nursing Bengaluru, with staff strength of 64, comprising of 50 teaching personnel and 14 non-teaching personnel, has 7 full-fledged teaching departments dedicated to various fields in Nursing.
