Every creation in this Universe is a product of evolution. Evolutions occur in stages. Soundarya Educational Institutions to begin with started imparting education in primary and high school levels from 1992-93. It is only in 2004-05 it evolved from the primary stages to Pre-University level. The area surrounding the school transformed itself into a seat of higher education and now a huge monumental granite structure has taken a shape with a beautiful landscape and with all the infrastructural facilities needed to gain higher knowledge. It has everything that a model college that can be imagined. An idealistic management, a team of young dedicated and qualified teaching faculty and an atmosphere that is eager to create, shape and mould future assets of the society.
Shri Manjappa is the founder of our college and he is the General Secretary managing the day to day administration with the highest sense of devotion and commitment. His noble urge for enlightenment among the youth found expression with Soundarya's school. The humble beginning of the school, with the pragmatic efforts and unprecedented dynamism of Smt. Manjappa, the joint secretary of the Trust, took a huge leap to pave way for the blooming of Soundarya PU College. Our college building is a monumental example of their commitment to the cause of quality education. They are leading the institutions like a beacon and their urge to create assets for the future generation of the society is worth emulating. In the years to come with their dynamism and optimism the institution have plans to spread its roots in all other branches of education including Professional, Arts, Commerce and Management courses.
