Sambhram College and Institute of Nursing is a unit of Sambhram Charitable Trust. Sambhram Institute of Nursing was established in the year 1992 and Sambhram College of Nursing was established in year 2004 with the objective of making available nursing education of international standards in India.
The campus is located in Kolar Gold Field, a beautiful township recognized with five gold mines in India history KGF is just 110 kms from Bangalore, the garden city of India. For those travelling by train the station to alight at is Bangarpet which is on the Bangalore to Chennai line. Frequent bus services from Bangalore to BEML nagar is available at any time of the day or night.The campus is located at BEML Nagar and is 7 kms from Bangarpet which has a parent hospital. The college campus is set in a green quiet, calm beautiful ever green natural environment, free of any kind of pollution and disturbance. The weather in KGF is very pleasant with temperature rarely falling below 15 degree centigrade or rising above 35 degree centigrade. Rainfall is moderate and spread over the months of April through December.
