Founded in year 1999, Nargund College Of Pharmacy is located in Bangalore, Karnataka. It is a college affiliated to university., promoted by Shushrutha Educational Trust. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
NGI trains students in the field of Management, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy andeducation, NGI aims to improve the competencies of the students to meet the demanding requirements of the respective world.
To supplement the classroom learning we invite experienced guest faculty from well known business organizations in different sectors to address students on the current trends and the expectations of the industry. Further, to deliver quality education and continuously improve our facilities and infrastructure, we are guided the by an eminent Advisory Board.
Further, students are taken on educational visits to get firsthand experience of different activities. We also send them to conferences, seminars and industrial expo's to provide exposure for interacting in a corporate setup. To provide international exposure, all Physiotherapy students will be taken to foreign educational tour. We encourage our students to participate in extracurricular activities such as college fests, business clubs, market research, seminars, sports and other events. These experiences will greatly enrich and reinforce their classroom learning thereby enhancing their confidence to achieve great success in their careers.
We have excellent facilities and infrastructure to make the students stay at NGI memorable and likeable. Our hostels are located within the campus and separate hostel facility is provided for Men and Women. We also have a good and hygienic cafeteria that serves both North Indian and South Indian food. Sport oriented students can take full advantage of our badminton, table tennis and volleyball courts. We also have a Wi‐Fi enabled campus with Wi‐Fi facility provided in labs, classroom and library. Our library is well stocked with books, periodicals, journals (National and international).
