A Personal Growth Laboratory (PGL) is a structure for a small group of participants to study their interactions towards meaningful discoveries about themselves. This experiential programme focuses an understanding of self and others and thus changes one s attitudes and behaviour patterns. These changes in attitudes and behaviour cause personal growth.
The objective of the programme is to enhance awareness and understanding of one s own behaviour, feelings and motives so that the students aware of delicate shifts in behaviour and attitudes. It will develop the individuals ability to explore the full potential of the student thus enabling them to garner a better understanding of oneself and have a clear and better focus on personal aspirations and goals.
The course delivery requires a judicious mix of workshops, group interactions, lectures, games and exercises leading them towards personal growth. The course requires professionally trained personnel, with roots in behavioural science and psychology, and has an insight into the impact of tools used and their on individuals. The professional trainers on account of their experience and professional knowledge are better equipped to moderate and mentor students through their personality shift and growth.
