Located in Indian Institute of Information Technology Ranchi is an autonomous institute setup by the MHRD, Government of India, and Government of Jharkhand along with the industry partners Tata Motors, TCS and CCL on a Public Private Partnership. The IIIT Ranchi is funded by Government of India (50%), Government of Jharkhand (35%) and Industry Partners (15%). The IIIT Ranchi is expected to meet operating expenses from tuition fees, grants, sponsorships and donations. The Centre's services are extensively used by the students, faculty and staff members of the Institute., Guest House, The Guest House has well-furnished rooms made available to people visiting the college on request., Health Center, The college has given the students the facility of a dispensary in the campus itself with a male and a female doctor. Not only do the students avail the facility of free check-up but also free medicines are provided. All you have to do is go to the Library.", The Central Library came into existence as an important component of the institute. The bus runs thrice a day from the college bus stand to Gopal Maidan at Bishtupur and vice-versa.
