Surya College of Education is located on Jammu –Kathua National Highway at Logate 3 kms fom Kathua railway station and 5 kms from Toll Plaza Lakhanpur, which is the gateway of J&K state . Kathua district describes the people of the republic as epitone of bravery , courage and records that they gave a tough fight to invading army of Alexander.

Surya College of Education is one of the prestigious College of Kathua in Jammu. It is located on the northern side of the Jammu - Pathankot National Highway hardly one and a half km from Kalibari, Kathua.

Surya College of Education has spacious, Well furnished and Well ventilated classrooms. It has lush green lawns, a playground & magnificent building structure, multipurpose hall & a canteen.
