The institution maintains two hostels at the campus which are:
1. Haider Reshi Boys Hostel
2. Fatima Girls Hostel
The hostels provide mess facility and services of room attendants to its boarders in addition to the recreational and other basic facilities. Students from far flung areas of the state and the students from other states of the country are given preference. The allotment is made by the hostel committee on the basis of some prescribed norms. The boarders have to adhere to the rules and regulations of the institution.
Hostel Rules:
Each selected student is required to fill in a form and undertake that he shall abide by the hostel rules and regulation. In case of disobedience of rules/ regulations his hostel accommodation will be cancelled.
Each student is required to loin the Hostel mess, as self cooking is strictly prohibited/ disallowed in the rooms.
The maximum time limit for hostel accommodation is 9 10 months in a year.
A student suffering from chronic/ contagious disease shall not be admitted in the hostel.
No student shall be allowed admission in the hostel except on written request from the parent/ guardian and duly recommended by the hostel warden.
Hostellers are strictly prohibited to bring guests, not even his kith and kinsin the hostel without the prior permission from the principal and the Hostel Warden.
Visitor nominated by the parents/guardians at the time of the admission only are allowed to meet their wards during visiting hours fixed by the College. However, visitor shall be allowed to meet their wards only in the hostel compound after making entry in the visitors register maintained at the gate.
No waste paper or any rubbish is to be thrown in and around the hostel. Rooms should be kept neat, clean & tidy.
Ragging in the Hostel is strictly prohibited. Any hosteller found indulging in ragging shall be liable for expulsion from the hostel and College.
Minimum period for the, payment of mess charges is one month.
The hostel mess functioning shall be managed by the mess secretary assisted by some senior hostellers on rotation basis under the overall supervision of hostel warden.
Hostellers are required to exhibit exemplary discipline. Any breach or violation of the disciplinary rules in and outside the hostel shall render a hosteller liable for expulsion from the hostel /College.
Misbehavior/ Misconduct or disobedience in the hostel/ College authorities and violation of hostel rules shall make the hosteller liable to fine, suspension and expulsion from the Hostel/ College.
Student admitted in the hostel are required to deposit their hostel fee in advance as fixed by Hostel Management Committee otherwise their admission to the Hostel shall be cancelled.
15. Each hosteller is required to vacate the hostel immediately after the termination of the annual examination.
16. In case a hosteller is asked to vacate the hostel on account of indiscipline/ disobedience or administrative consideration, he shall have to do so without fail.
The hostel inmates shall be responsible for the safety of the College property put under their use/ control. Any willful damage caused to the hostel property/furniture/ crockery/fixture/kitchen etc shall have to be made good by the concerned person (s).
Any person in whose case leave for more than seven days has been sanctioned can claim concession in contributory amount. Any person whose guest has been allowed to stay in the hostel shall have to pay for his meals/ breakfast @ Rs.25/ per meal.
Meals/breakfast shall be served in dining hall only during mess timing only.
Any Complaint/suggestion should be brought into the notice of the Warden/ Convener, Hostel Committee. If, on genuine complaints/suggestion, no action is taken within reasonable time, the matter should be brought to the notice of the principal
