Integral University, Lucknow The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, established in year 2004, is dedicated to training of engineers by trained staffs. Indian power sector is expanding. But presently, there is an energy shortage which can be met by investment in power sector. Due to influx of foreign companies and ramping up of operations by domestic companies, the industry is experiencing a hiring spike. Power Generation today also involves use of SCADA, PLC's, DCS, Electrical and Electronics Instrumentation. From 2011, a separate undergraduate programme in Electrical Engineering is being offered for placement in core sector.
