The Environmental Engineering Program aims at providing Engineering graduates with the advanced conceptual understanding, detailed knowledge and technical skills appropriate to Environment Management in Industries, design of water and wastewater treatment systems, Air Pollution Control Systems, Solid Waste Management, Green House Gas Management and Carbon Foot Print Accounting, Global warming etc.,

=> The curriculum is well balanced with exposure to analytical and engineering aspects with practical applications in all aspects of Environmental Engineering and Management.
=> Practising Engineers are called to give lectures on a wide range of topics at all stages of the Program.
=> Visits are arranged regularly to various Industrial sites, Water and Waste water Treatment Plants, National Environmental Engineering Research Institute and Pollution Control Boards for the benefit of the students.
