Mata Balasundry Pvt. ITI Nahan is managed by Mata Balasundry Institute of Education Society Nahan. Regd. Under S.R. Act XXI of 1860. Which Manages through a local and nearby Managing Committee Composed of eminent educationists Public spirited social workers and experienced educational administrators.

This Regd. Society established this ITI with the special objective of educating students without any distinction of caste, creed, religion or colour.

The ultimate aim of education is not only to enhance knowledge but behaviour, manners and the development of overall personality. Today's student are tomorrows future of the nation by becoming professional. The vision is to prepare technically and morally strong citizens who in future become precious assets of nation. Secondly, Mata Balasundry Institute is also alive to the situation of unemployment among the educated youth. It feels its duty to make them educated, technically strong and capable of achieving an honorable job in Govt ./Pvt. Sector/ Prestigious organization etc. Thus to save themselves from the economic crisis of the present age. which is the root cause of social backwardness as well as social evils. Mata Balasundry Institute is full filling those aims and objectives in establishing this ITI to produce highly employable youth. The objective of Mata Balasundry Institute is to impart affordable relevant, skill based & remunerative technical education to the masses of H.P. Mata Balasundry Pvt. ITI is affiliated to NCVT. DGE&T, Govt, of India vide letter no DGET- 6/8/4/2011-TC New Pvt. & approved by Deptt. of Technical Education. Sunder Nagar Govt, of Himachal Pradesh.
