Govt. Industrial Training Institute, Rajgarh , Distt Sirmour H.P was established in the Aug,2000 vide Govt. Notification No. EDN/TE/A/4/5/99-LOOSE Dated 08-07-1999. Two Trades viz Computer Operator & Programming Assistant COPA and Plumber with single unit of each sanctioned from the session August 2001 vide Govt. Notification No. EDN TE a 4 5/99-LOOSE Dated 08-07-1999. At Present Govt ITI Rajgarh have six trades namely, Plumber, COPA, Mech Electronics, Electrician, Surveyor, and Front Office Assistant with total sanctioned intake 224. Only one trade "Front Office Assistant) is running under SCVT and rest of the five trades are affiliated from NCVT in August 2016. Presently the institute has been upgraded in PPP mode under the financial assistant of Rs. 2.5 Crore from Govt of India GOI., However, the institute is presently running in the rented building. But sooner it will be shifted to newly constructed building, Govt. ITI Rajgarh is a government institute for industrial training situated in the middle of city Rajgarh of Sirmour district, which is around 45 KM from Solan, 22 KM from Baru Sahib, 100 KM from Nahan and 25 KM from Giripul. Presently, five trades named Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Surveyor, COPA and Plumber are running under NCVT and affiliated from NCVT in August, 2016., This institute is covered under PPP Public-Private Partnership scheme and the IMC Institute Management Committee has been constituted for overall development of the institute. At present, Mr. Narender Thakur is nominated as a Chairman for IMC of Govt. ITI Rajgarh.
