RS Memorial College of Education, Buana Lakhu Panipat was formed in 1994 with a aim to provide education to poor students and to remove the backwardness of education from society. This is a non-profit & non-political organization whose working area would be state of Haryana.

On the beginning first step was taken toward building up a chain of great institutions with the opening of R.S. Memorial College of Education. Moreover our college is affilated from CHAUDHARY RANBIR SINGH UNIVERSITY, JIND. RS Memorial College of Education is the brainchild of Mr HS Jaglan Founder Chairman, who always wanted to give the best to those who had a vision but no shape, money but no counseling, desire to learn but no guidance and synonym of quality of education.

RS Memorial College of Education is situated in Panipat in Haryana state of India. Established in 1994, it is accredited from NCTE and it is affiliated to Kurukshetra University. RSMCE, Panipat offers 2 courses across 1 streams namely Education and across 2 degrees like B.Ed, Diploma. RSMCE campus is spread over 3050 Acres. Hostel facility is not available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as Auditorium, Canteen, Computer Lab, Counselling, Planning lab, Library, Medical Facilities, Cls. Room, Sports, Grounds are also there.
