Rao Pahlad Singh College of Education RPSCE was established in 2007. The RPS College of Education provides the course leading to one year degree in education by National Council for Teacher Education NCTE. RPS College of Education affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University MDU, Rohtak. RPS College of Education is providing career-oriented education to the students so as to equip them with requisite, qualification and training. The institute of learning must run according to the tenets of modern scientific management as the business corporations are managed.

Rao Pahlad Singh College of Education is located in Mahendragarh district of Haryana. It is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University MDU, Rohtak. The college is approved by National Council for Teacher Education NCTE. Rao Pahlad Singh College of Education conducts undergraduate level programme, that is, Bachelor of Education B. Ed. The course, one-year full time programme, is imparted by the college as per the rules and regulations of the University. Rao Pahlad Singh College of Education has modern facilities within the campus to ensure all-round development to its students.
