Founded in year 2001, Manish Papneja Memorial SD Girls College, Ismailabad is located in Kurukshetra, Haryana. It is a college affiliated to university approved by University Grants Commission. It is affiliated to 12143. The institute offers Post Graduate, Under Graduate courses in various disciplines like Commerce, Arts, Science. Fired with zeal of promoting the cause of education, Manish Papneja Memorial SD Girls College was set up in the memory of late Sh. Manish Papneja to cater the need of girl students of the villages.

This college has seen tremendous development since its inception. It began functioning modestly in Mandir building of Shri Sanatan Dharam Mandir Committee with around 60 students in 2001 and moved into its own spacious building at Ismailabad in 2002.

Today the college has nearly 500 girl students on its rolls, offers courses in the humanities & Commerce. Apart from the formal academic courses the college now offer B.Com. vocational with computer application course. The college also offers Post Graduation in commerce MCom and BSc. Non-Medical in science discipline. Moreover, the dedicated and well-trained academic faculty has been consistently honing the intellectual abilities of students who bring laurels to the college regularly.
