Ranjit Singh Memorial College of Education and Technology is affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak Haryana.The R.S.M College of Education, is a Teacher Educators Institution which is the only one of its kind in Chhara, imparting B.Ed Degree course in Special Education and B.Ed General as well.

The newly constructed own building with adequate space and facilities as per the norms and standards of NCTE in the own land comprising of more than 5 Acres at Chhara since 2007.
