      About Rao Mohar Singh College of Education, Behrampur

      Rao Mohar Singh College of Education, Behrampur, Gurgaon was established in 1974 due to persistent efforts made by Rao Mahavir Singh as a tribute to his father Rao Mohar Singh, ‘The Grand Old Man of Ahirwal’. The main aim behind the establishment of this institution was to provide a platform for professional education to the educationally backward regions of Ahirwal & Mewat. The college had a modest beginning in rented premises at Hailey Mandi, Jatauli, Gurgaon. With a determination to face all odds, the founder President Rao Mahavir singh Ji donated his ancestral land in Behrampur to the college.
