BL College of Education, Gurgaon was established in 2007. It is one of the premier institutions to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

BL College of Education, Gurgaon is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University MDU, Rohtak. B.L. College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education NCTE. B.L. College of Education enrolls students to their undergraduate level programme in teacher’s training - Bachelor of Education BEd. The UG programme, which is one-year full time course, is offered at par with the rules and regulations of the University.

BL College of Education offers undergraduate and postgraduate education in Home Science in accordance with Maharshi Dayanand University curriculum. It also supports doctoral programs in five areas of Home Science. Other programmes run are B.Ed. for students of Home Science, B.Ed Special Education MR For students from all streams and Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics & Public Health Nutrition.

It aims for holistic development of women students, and their capacity building through carefully designed academic programmes and extramural activities.
