Applied Sciences Department was established in the year 2001 as part of G.G.S.C.E.T. Talwandi Sabo which was affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU Jallandar). In the year 2011 the Guru Kashi University was established and GG.S.C.E.T. became part of this University.
