      About Shri S S Mehta Arts College, Himatnagar

      Our institution was started in 1965 with 141 students. We did not have our own college building. So the college was functioning in the premises of Shri Himmat High School. The present building was constructed in 1971-72. In the beginning, there were limited number of class rooms but in course of time due to the process of expansion, we, now, have a well equipped library, computer section, class rooms, administrative block and many other facilities.
