Our institute was temporarily housed at Samarth Junior College in the town of Ramtek with the co-operation of Sri Samarth Sikshan Mandal management before shifting to the current own premises. The campus sprawling over 19.8 hectares (50 acres) is about 3 KM from Ramtek town on Ramtek-Mouda road. Well laid out roads with high grown trees, wide lawns and beautiful rose gardens were developed to enhance the aesthetic charm of the campus.

The college popularly known as Shivaji Science College is a premier institution of higher learning run by Shri Shivaji Education Society. The society has been awarded the Best Education Society Award by the Government of Maharashtra, alongwith Dalit Mitra Awrd and Sant Gadge Baba Award.
