The society was established in the academic year 2000.The society was doing so many social activities in addition to the activities of education. In order to established the institutions in large scale of management started B.Ed college in the year 2004-2005.

SCCTM came into existence in 1999 coincided with the opening of GGSIP university. It is being managed by Surjan Singh Risal Singh Memorial Education Society with the mission of providing higher education and creating a professional excellence, imbued with dedication to focus on the development of human potential.
